Lie down on your yoga mat with your arms rested beside you and legs stretched outward. Inhale and as your exhale lift your legs and chest off the floor. Stretch your arms towards your legs and balance on your hip bones. Do not let your spine roll stay in the pose for at least 20 to 30 seconds and then relax gently.
